From another passion, Keith was the chairman of the Yosemite License Plate Committee for which he lobbied passage and chair the marketing for the issuance and sale of California's special-interests license plate featuring a Yosemite scene that has raised in excess of $44 million for the preservation of Yosemite National Park and California conservation.
